LEED ® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

The LEED green building certification program is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of green buildings.  EGH is committed to the sustainable design and construction standards as promoted by the U.S. Green Building Council® (USGBC).

The firm's Biloxi office is LEED Certified and incorporates many unique features of "green friendly" design. From the no VOC-emitting paint and furniture to the bamboo flooring and bio-composite sunflower seeded cabinets, every component was chosen and designed specifically for its environmentally friendly attributes.

The firm's Jackson office is LEED Gold certified.  Originally constructed in 1924 as a bank, EGH's adaptive reuse of this iconic building is the embodiment of sustainable design and its renovation incorporates extensive green building technology. Designing for the future is not an option, it's a responsibility.
