The primary objective of this project was to rehabilitate the damaged library building which was saved from being torn down and designated as a Mississippi Landmark. The old library's layout was reconfigured to create a transit center and leasable tenant space. The restoration included roof replacement, new flooring, electrical work, and restoring historically significant portions of the building.
