National Biological Control Laboratory

Our team provided full laboratory planning, architectural, and engineering services for the 56,000 SF National Biological Control Laboratory at Stoneville, Mississippi. The NBCL accommodates both entomological and microbial research and support facilities. This lab is the first of its kind in the United States. The design of the facility easily accommodates changes to new scientific research equipment and methodology of approach. Currently operating as a BSL-2 Lab, the NBCL was designed to BSL-3 standards and for BSL-3 certification, if needed by the owner.
