LEED Certified in 2008 and sited next to a wetland preserve, great care was taken to lessen the building’s impact upon its surroundings. Large expanses of glass emit abundant daylight and provide dramatic views out to the surrounding landscape. To enforce the ‘Green’, sustainable nature of the project, colors and textures inspired by the surrounding fields and woodlands were incorporated in the interior finishes.
