This four-story building features an L-shaped floor plan with stand alone commons building. The 1+1 barracks design features 92 units full compliance with all antiterrorism and force protection requirements including building setbacks and a concrete frame designed with structural redundancy to resist progressive collapse. In addition to the sleeping modules, common support space such as electrical rooms, bulk storage, communications room, mechanical rooms, janitor closets, etc. have been provided. Four of the 92 sleeping modules (eight total bedrooms) are designed as handicap accessible units.
