Designed around a large five-story atrium space to foster interaction between students and faculty while providing all of the administrative and instructional space for JSU's School of Business. The project houses a 277 seat lecture hall, two large-tiered classrooms, eight tiered classrooms, four standard classrooms, and four seminar rooms.

Classroom types includes one 300-seat Lecture Hall, two 120-seat Lecture Halls, four large and ten standard flat floor classrooms, as well as six 20-person seminar rooms. In addition, the project contains instructional and individual learning environments supporting each department’s curriculum. The classrooms are fitted with appropriate levels of Audio Visual equipment to support each teaching environment. New office space was provided for the following departments: Dean of Liberal Arts, Art, Center for Urban Affairs, English/Modern Languages, History & Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology, and Psychology.
