USM College of Nursing – Asbury Hall
HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI
Asbury Hall is a dynamic space, which houses the School of Nursing at the University of Southern Mississippi. The 84,682 sq. ft building is deemed a major capital improvement project for USM. Asbury Hall is complete with interactive classroom space (flat-floor & tiered), a 200-seat lecture hall, a nursing skills simulation laboratory, an interactive academic resources center, and administrative office suites. The building includes the most advanced technology to support the College’s state-of-the-art simulation program, which includes patient simulators, task trainers, simulated health care records and equipment. This project is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (targeted to achieve LEED Silver Certification), and involves total building commissioning.

USM School of Business – Scianna Hall
Hattiesburg, Mississippi
Completed in 2015, Scianna Hall houses the University of Southern Mississippi College of Business. Boasting over 95,000 square feet and 1,200 seats, this building was designed with the intent to support the growth of USM for years to come. This project was designed in association with Studio South and is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council.

Polymer Research & Incubation Center
Hattiesburg, Mississippi
The Polymer Research and Incubation Center created a new image for the institute. As the first structure in the University of Southern Mississippi's 500-acre Innovation & Commercialization Park, the 64,000 sq. ft building serves as an incubator for new polymer-related industries. The building contains lab space, pilot and processing space, and a high throughput lab.
