The four-story limestone building accommodates the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and State Law Library, featuring classical design elements and materials similar to the adjacent Mississippi Capitol. It is part of a broader initiative for state buildings in downtown Jackson and faces the new mall, linked to High Street and George Street via a green space.
