Mississippi Power — Gulfport, Mississippi
This facility, located on a heavily wooded tract along the Biloxi River, is designed to reflect the client’s request for a relaxed, tranquil setting for employee and corporate retreats that foster interaction and dialogue. The company president’s North Georgia roots informed the rustic cabin aesthetic which incorporates natural stone and wood on both interior and exterior to create a warm, relaxed feel. An oversized porch and monumental, double-sided fireplace are favorite spots for socializing and impromptu meetings. The grounds include walking trails and a boardwalk to provide opportunities for outdoor activities.
