University of Mississippi — Oxford, Mississippi
Constructed in 1848, The Lyceum is the oldest building on campus. This renovation houses the upper administration of the University and consisted of exterior structural stabilization, complete utility and service upgrades, and intricate millwork reconstructions. The entire exterior envelope was renovated and waterproofed while maintaining the building’s important historical integrity. The interior renovation included the introduction of modern and efficient mechanical systems, as well as code compliance in accessibility.
